I have been trying to figure out what to say about this newspaper article. The Flanagan Ranch House was technically for sale for a $1. The requirement was that you be a Flanagan descendant and be able to move the house to another location within Napa. It is a historical house and needs restoration. ZD did not get any takers. I told my mom that if she would just win the lottery that she could buy it, move it, and restore it.
